Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexi-time available)

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Export Process Management

Own the full export cycle—ensuring compliance, coordination, and seamless execution across departments and partners.

2. Shared Mailbox Mastery

Be the go-to for export queries. Manage the shared inbox, retrieve key documentation, and liaise with transport to keep things moving.

3. Customs Entries (CDS via ASM Sequoia)

Prepare and submit customs declarations with precision. Stay sharp on HMRC regulations and system updates.

4. Documentation & Invoicing

Craft accurate commercial invoices and export documents that align perfectly with shipment details.

5. Booking & Scheduling

Secure transport bookings, confirm schedules, and keep all stakeholders in the loop.

6. Billing & Cost Management

Ensure every charge is accounted for and invoiced correctly—no detail too small.

7. Cross-Team Collaboration

Support the Domestic and Import teams when needed. A great opportunity to broaden your logistics skillset.
