EXPORT CLERK ROTATING SHIFTS

NEW VACANCY - Our client based in Chertsey is recruiting for an experienced airfreight export clerk who has strong experience start - finish in air exports.

Duties will include:

- Arranging collections and contacting shipping companies

- Cutting AWB's and MAWB / HAWB

- Completing customs entries

- Bookings with cargo handlers and airlines

-Pre-alerting flights / post flights

- Providing a high level of customer service

You must be well organised, have strong communication skills and work towards tight deadlines.

Must have 3 years + experience

Polite phone manner

5 year background check + Criminal record check

Must have driving license and own transport due to location

Hours are Monday - Friday Rotating shifts 07.00-16.00pm / 9.00-18.00pm / 10.00-19.00pm 1 weekend every 4 weekend (4 hours or until finished)
