What You Will Do:

- Manage the export process for goods leaving the UK, ensuring compliance with HMRC and customs regulations.

- Liaise with freight forwarders, agents, and hauliers to organise shipments and ensure accurate documentation, including commodity codes and duty payments.

- Prepare essential shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and EUR1 forms.

- Conduct continuous analysis of regulatory requirements, including export licenses, end-use certifications, and quota reviews, maintaining compliant records for audits.

- Monitor HMRC MSS reports and address anomalies, collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance department.

- Act as the point of contact for export control enquiries, providing timely updates on delivery schedules and potential delays.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven knowledge of customs processes and documentation, including IPR and OPR procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

- Outstanding organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.

- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable.

- A minimum of 3 years' export experience, including expertise in export control regulations and licence applications.
