My client is a logistics and shipping company with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia, who is URGENTLY looking for an Export Co-ordinators to complete their team!

?? The Role:
You'll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

?? Your Responsibilities:
??Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing 
?? Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service 
?? Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements 
?? Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules 
?? Monitoring emails 
?? Supporting the team with various operational duties 
? Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion 

? What You Need to Be Considered:
? Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
? Strong exports & customs knowledge ??
? Ability to meet deadlines ?
? Computer literate ??
? Great attention to detail ??
? Excellent communication & customer service skills ??
