Export Sales Manager – Scunthorpe - from £50,000 plus commission

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with a well-established business in Scunthorpe, who are looking to recruit an Export Sales Manager, as the business continues to go from strength-to-strength. This crucial role will see you buying, selling and exporting preowned commercial vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join this friendly team.

Reporting to the CEO, the role will include the following duties:      

• Developing and managing sales strategies through identifying market opportunities and initiatives to support agreed strategic growth plans
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless journey for customers
• Financial responsibility for the region, ensuring that the region delivers P+L growth through effective business development and cost control
• Recording and monitoring sales performance via CRM system
• Maintaining up to date product and service knowledge
• Providing expert advice and solutions to meet client’s needs

The ideal candidate:    

• Previous experience and knowledge selling preowned commercial vehicles and equipment or a similar industry is essential
• Full knowledge of customs procedures from UK to EU
• Excellent IT skills
• A full UK driving license and ability to travel is essential
