• Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 with first-year earnings typically between £35,000 - £40,000

The Impact Academy is our specialist training programme designed to give you the tools to succeed. In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview teachers and support staff for school roles

• Write professional CVs and market candidates to schools

• Support the sales team to ensure successful candidate placements

• Earn commission as soon as you contribute to a placement

After completing the programme, you'll move onto a sales desk with advanced training in business development, client partnerships, negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
