• Strong communication and people skills for building trust with schools and candidates

• Excellent organisation and time management gained from working in busy classrooms

• Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with first-year on-target earnings of £35,000 - £40,000

• Commission from day one - your success is rewarded immediately

• 35 days annual leave plus reduced working hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)

Our training programme equips you with the skills to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. You'll learn how to:

• Attract, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent school roles

• Write compelling CVs and market candidates effectively to schools

• Work to targets and KPIs in a supportive, structured environment

• Earn commission from your first placement

After completing your first year, you'll move onto a sales desk with advanced training in business development, client management, negotiation, and safeguarding.
