As an External Multi Trader, you'll work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects across Andover, carrying out external improvement works while enjoying consistent work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after an initial three-month period.

You'll be joining a supportive team that values skilled tradespeople and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to move into a permanent External Multi Trader position after three months, offering a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per year.

I'd be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as an External Multi Trader, Multi Skilled Operative, Groundsworker, General Builder, or Property Maintenance Operative.

As an External Multi Trader, you will be:
• Laying patios and carrying out hard landscaping works
• Installing and repairing fencing to a high standard
• Completing rendering and external finishing works
• Undertaking a range of groundwork duties
• Carrying out general external property improvements
• Supporting with internal maintenance and refurbishment works where required

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience carrying out patio laying, fencing, rendering, and groundworks
• Experience working as an External Multi Trader or in a similar role
• The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience with internal trade works would be advantageous
