About the Role

This primary school is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Early Years team in Croydon. As an HLTA, you will work alongside teaching staff to deliver high-quality lessons and interventions to small groups and whole classes. You'll play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and communication development of pupils, helping every child make excellent progress.
