About the Role - As EYFS Lead, you will:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum across the setting.
• Lead a team of practitioners to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Monitor progress and ensure children meet early learning goals.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child's development.
  
  

You will also take on a teaching role within the EYFS classroom, delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs.What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience in EYFS leadership or senior teaching
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
