We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring EYFS Lead to join a thriving primary school in Hounslow from September 2025. This is a permanent role with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) allowance, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to take on a leadership position in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The Role

• Leading the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning


• Overseeing the curriculum, planning, and assessment within EYFS


• Supporting and mentoring teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons


• Ensuring a rich, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young learners


• Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in early years education

What We Are Looking For

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in EYFS


• A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and early years leadership


• A deep understanding of the EYFS framework, pedagogy, and assessment
  


• Ability to inspire, support, and lead a team of educators


• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
