At Long-Term Teachers, we work with a number of supportive nurseries and early years settings that are looking for passionate, nurturing, and creative individuals to join their teams.

What the Role Involves:

Depending on your availability and preference, you may:

• Work across different early years settings on a flexible, day-to-day basis
• Support specific nursery groups with long-term or permanent cover
• Assist in planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a warm, inclusive and safe environment for all children
• Support with learning journeys, observations, and daily routines

These roles are ideal for professionals who love working in early years and want to build meaningful connections with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Passionate about children’s development and well-being
• Energetic, caring, and engaging in their approach
