At Long-Term Teachers, we are working with a fantastic nursery in the Evesham area that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5
  
  

• Promoting independence, confidence, and kindness in the children you care for
  
  

• Delivering creative and well-structured activities based on EYFS frameworks
  
  

• Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
  
  

• Encouraging resilience, self-esteem, and cooperation among young learners
  
  

This setting is looking for someone who brings passion, patience and a nurturing spirit, while being organised, reliable, and truly committed to the well-being of every child.

You’ll need to be:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or equivalent)
  
  

• A natural communicator who can work closely with children and colleagues
  
  

• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and always ready to bring a smile
  
  

• Able to adapt your approach to meet individual children’s needs
  
  

• Confident in following routines and planning activities
  
  

• Committed to helping young children learn, grow, and feel safe
