Are you a dedicated EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role? Long Term Teachers are working with an Exeter based Primary school. The Head Teacher is looking to add to their flourishing team immediately.

If you have a background in supporting young children or assisting in EYFS learning spaces, and you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience supporting a nursery and/or primary school setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues
• Passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
• Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
