Cover People are working in partnership with a welcoming primary academy in North Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant for September 2026. The Role:
Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom Deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play and exploration Work with individuals and small groups to develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support every child's development Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation We're Looking For:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working within an EYFS setting A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping young children flourish during the earliest stages of their education What Cover People Offer:
