A high-performing Primary School in Brent, North West London is searching for an EYFS Phase Leader to join their team in September on a permanent contract.

The school is very academically focused, perhaps not to every teachers liking, however they achieve exceptional results across the board every year for the past five years, including 95%+ GLD.

Children still access a creative, well-thought curriculum, however they are taught with clear structure and excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure outcomes are achieved, with the child always at the forefront. Better yet, children benefit from a purpose-built, modern, well-equipped school with all the bells and whistles, including fantastic EYP's and TA's.

The Headteacher is looking for a strong, accomplished EYFS Teacher who can confidently join as their EYFS Phase Leader, leading two Nursery classes and three Reception classes. As the EYFS Phase Leader you will still have your own class, however there will be ample release time for Middle Leadership duties.
