About the Role

Sanza Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS / Reception Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Wandsworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education who wants to support young children during a crucial stage of their learning and development.

You will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
Help children develop their early literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to meet individual learning needs.
Assist with classroom preparation and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
Help ensure all children feel included, supported and encouraged.The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Have experience working with young children in an EYFS, Nursery or Reception setting.
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's early learning and development.
Be patient, caring, enthusiastic and proactive.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Be able to work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff.Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable.
