About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early stages of learning and development?
Pertemps Education is looking for caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to join friendly and nurturing nurseries and primary schools across Harrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with children aged 3–5 and wants to play an active role in helping them build the foundations for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher and Early Years team in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Help create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Engage children in play-based learning and structured activities.
Support pupils with personal care, routines, and transitions throughout the day.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, and language development.
Observe, record, and contribute to children’s learning journeys and progress.About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
Patient, nurturing, and energetic.
A good communicator who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Reliable, proactive, and a great team player.Experience in an EYFS setting (nursery, preschool, or Reception class) is desirable, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in childcare or similar roles.
Holding an EYFS or childcare qualification (Level 2/3) is an advantage, but not essential.
Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS (we can help you obtain one).
