Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a real difference in early childhood education? A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Aylesbury is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their dynamic team from January 2026.

This school fosters a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where children aged 3–5 are supported to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Staff work closely together to create a safe, stimulating space that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every learner.

Key Responsibilities:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in laying the foundations of learning for the youngest pupils. Your key duties will include:

Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment that encourages exploration and independent learning
Monitoring and assessing each child's development, identifying areas for support, and tailoring learning strategies to meet individual needs
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a sense of trust, collaboration, and community

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Proven experience working with early years children, ideally within a primary school setting
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a strong grasp of effective early years pedagogy
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire and engage young learners
