Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Creates engaging learning opportunities that spark joy and independence

Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Is reflective, proactive and committed to continuous improvement

Is ready to contribute fully to a dynamic and caring school community
