Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years educator looking for an exciting EYFS Teacher role? We are seeking a talented and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant one-form entry primary school in Hillingdon. In this role, you will provide high-quality teaching to Reception and Nursery children, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development in a warm and inclusive environment.

EYFS Teacher Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that promote learning across all areas of the Early Years curriculum.

· Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support tailored to individual needs.

· Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

· Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.

· Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and development.

· Support children’s social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance.

EYFS Teacher Requirements

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Experience teaching in Early Years or Reception classes is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passionate about child development and creating a stimulating learning environment.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
