Responsibilities of an EYFS Teacher:

• As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of young children beginning their educational journey, promoting teamwork, and creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.


• Teaching the EYFS curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual development, building on their strengths, and addressing areas for improvement.


• Developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills through interactive, play-based activities.


• Supporting children's social and emotional growth, helping them to build positive relationships and gain confidence.


• Tracking children’s progress and occasionally reporting back to parents to ensure awareness of their child’s development.
