We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership
for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: EYFS Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Lead an Early Years class, creating a stimulating, play-based environment.


• Plan and deliver lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.


• Assess learning effectively to ensure all children make progress.


• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.


• (If applicable) Lead a subject or phase area as part of a TLR.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Have experience in EYFS settings.


• Understand early years curriculum, observation, and assessment.


• Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.


• Demonstrate creativity, energy, and commitment to inclusion.


• Are willing to consider leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
