EYFS Teaching Assistant - with Great Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school situated in Wirral. This is a long-term role starting in September 2024 and will continue for the duration of the 2024-25 academic year. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.

You will be working as a general Teaching Assistant in a reception classroom. You will be expected to support the class teacher in creating a positive and safe environment for EYFS children to learn in. This may entail setting up engaging activities, helping with phonics sessions and monitoring the safety of the learning environment. You will need to have good behaviour management skills, work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position from 8.30am-15.30pm Monday-Friday.
