Job Description:

As a Fabric Engineer , your primary responsibility will be to oversee and maintain the fabric and infrastructure of the iconic client building, one of London's most renowned landmarks. You will be working for Integral UK, a leading provider of facilities and property management services.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fabric maintenance, ideally within a commercial or large-scale building environment.
• Understanding of building fabric systems, materials, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address construction-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
• Flexibility in working hours, as some tasks may need to be completed outside regular working hours.
