Fabric Engineer

Job: Fabric Engineer (static)

Location: Gatwick

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience working within a commercial environment?

Do you want to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance provider?

Duties will include:

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, decorating and other tasks
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations

What are they looking for?

• Proven experience in building services maintenance
• Experience working within a commercial environment
• Previous experience working as the Fabric Engineer within the FM sector
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills
