Fabric Engineer

Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer in London Bridge area.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large, attraction site.

• Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
• £35,000 + company benefits
• High end commercial office space

Responsibilities:

• Tiling
• Carpentry - Door hanging
• Assembling furniture
• Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/door testing
• Grouting & Plastering
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

• Experience as a building services fabricengineer
• Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry
