Maintenance Assistant – Luxury Private Estates
Location: Newmarket – CB8
Salary: £35,000
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract – strong potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday

Excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to work across a small portfolio of prestigious luxury mansions and private estates, all located close to one another in the Newmarket area.

Day to day:

* General property maintenance & repairs

* Basic carpentry, plumbing and tiling

* Doors, windows, locks and building fixtures

* Guttering and drainage repairs

* Furniture assembly & installation

* Supporting refurbishment and improvement works

* Assisting and supervising contractors

Ideal for someone from a handyman, fabric, multi-trade or property maintenance background who takes pride in working to a high standard.

Full UK driving licence essential.

Initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to become permanent.
