Fabric Technician

Our client is a fantastic maintenance provider that is enjoying a growth period. It is looking to hire a Fabric Technician in Central London.

As the Fabric Technician, you will be dedicated to a client facing and high-profile contract within the private healthcare sector. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to various clinics. The work you will cover includes changing door handles, fire alarm tests, tap testing, flushing, P&D, emergency lights and other minor building fabric maintenance.

You must have a proven track record in a similar role and understand giving good customer service. You must be proactive in your approach and be able to prioritise your workload.

Our client is offering:

* £45,000 - £50,000
