Fabric technician / maintenance carpenter Stockton-on-tees

Fabric technician / maintenance carpenter required for healthcare site in Stockton-on-tees
This is a contract position due to last at least 6 weeks
The fabric technician will be responsible for general fabric maintenance within the buildings

General carpentry work; fixing and hanging doors and architrave
Celling tiles replacement and repairs
Changing AHU and FCU filters
Working hours are 11:30am to 8:30 pm
£14.66 per hour PAYE / £30,492.80 per annum basic salary
Holiday pay 22 days per year pro rata
Pension contributionYou must have a clean DBS dated within the last 12 months
