Job Title: Fabrication & Welding Instructor
Location: Hull
Salary: Up to £38,000 (Industry Professionals) / Up to £39,000 (Qualified Teachers)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent

• Industry experience in welding, pipe fitting, plating, or sheet metal work (expertise in at least one is essential)

• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding

• A full UK driving licence

• A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others

Teaching qualifications are not required. If you're new to education, we will fully fund and support your journey to become a qualified instructor.

• Deliver high-quality workshop and classroom-based instruction

• Support learners across a range of skill levels (Level 1 to Level 4)

• Develop engaging and industry-relevant training sessions

• Guide learners through practical assessments and theory-based learning

• 42 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

• Annual bonus payment based on organisational performance
