Duties:
Utilise jigs and fixtures to manufacture components in compliance with engineering drawings.
Conduct visual and non-destructive inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any equipment faults or unusual occurrences through approved procedures.
Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety policies while working.
Complete European qualification of welder approval tests regularly.
Qualifications Needed for the Fabrication Fitter Role:
Recognised Time Served Apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in practical fitting within a heavy manufacturing or fabrication environment.
