The Role:

• Oversee fabrication and welding operations from start to finish, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality control standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled fabricators and welders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service.
• Drive new business opportunities, confidently engaging with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.

 
What You Need:

• Time-served experience in fabrication and welding.
• Strong technical knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills to manage teams and win new business.
• Business acumen—ideal for someone who has previously run their own business.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive efficiency.
