Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Window and Door Fabricator(s) to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabricating windows and doors, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to producing products of the highest quality. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Window Fabricator with a strong background in Quality Control to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Areas of work will include welding, corner cleaning, beading, sash gearing, door gearing, door hanging and sash hanging.

• Fabricate and assemble windows and doors according to specifications.
• Ensure the accurate measurement and cutting of profile.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate should:

• Ideally have proven experience as a Window Fabricator or similar role.
• Be able and willing to work diligently and efficiently to our demanding work schedule.
• Be driven to achieve objectives, overcome challenges and production problems.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
• Be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Be willing to learn new skills.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Desirable:

• Formal qualifications in fabrication or quality control.
• Previous experience in aluminium window production.
