Job Title: Plater / Welder

Location: Newton Aycliffe

We are a well-established engineering company seeking skilled Plater / Welders to join their team on a full-time basis.

Hours & Pay:

44.5 hours per week

*

£17.00 per hour

*

Overtime paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities:

*

Fabricating steel and metal components from engineering drawings

*

Cutting, assembling, and fitting materials to required specifications

*

Using hand tools and fabrication machinery safely and effectively

*

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard of quality

*

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a fabricator within an engineering or manufacturing environment

*

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
