Fabricator – Immediate Start Available

Pay Rate: £16.00–£20.00 per hour, dependent on experience

MPL Site Services (Heathrow) Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, for an experienced and reliable Fabricator to join their engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Fabricator with a practical approach, good attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work within an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabricating, assembling and modifying metal components and structures.

* Measuring, cutting and preparing materials to required specifications.

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and measurements.

* Carrying out welding and fabrication tasks using appropriate tools and equipment.

* Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets the required quality standards.

* Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working environment.

* Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

* Previous experience in fabrication or a similar engineering role.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Competent use of fabrication tools and workshop equipment.

* Welding experience would be advantageous.

* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a busy engineering team.
