Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full Time | Temp to Perm

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
Overtime available, including weekends

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator / TIG Welder to join a busy and growing engineering manufacturer specialising in bespoke fabrications, heat-resistant components, and high-quality engineering solutions for a range of industrial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator and TIG welder looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricating and assembling bespoke metal components from engineering drawings.
Performing high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other specialist materials.
Working with sheet metal, plate, tube, and structural sections.
Ensuring all welds and fabrications meet strict quality standards.
Grinding, finishing, and preparing fabricated parts for inspection and dispatch.
Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Working both independently and as part of a skilled engineering team to meet production deadlines.

Benefits

£15.00 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
