Fabricator / Welder

Acorn by SYNERGIE is seeking a Fabricator Welder to join our client, a manufacturing business located in Warrington, Cheshire.

As a skilled and efficient Fabricator specialising in stainless steel, you will report directly to the Workshop Supervisor and be part of a small team. Your role is to produce high-quality products within the specified time, budget, and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting and breaking down various levels of drawings.
• Monitoring the quality of your work to meet both company and customer expectations.
• Planning and organising work according to timeframes.
• Identifying efficiencies and recommending process improvements.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with company policies.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant trade certificate with proven experience in stainless steel fabrication of pressure vessels.
• Proficiency in TIG welding with a strong emphasis on sanitary welds.
• Experience using various machinery, including guillotines, bandsaws, and section rollers.
• The ability to work efficiently to meet required timeframes and deadlines.

This is a permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm (39 hours per week).

Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
