REED Business Support in Bath is honoured to be working in partnership with a firm with offices country-wide in their search for an Office Manager for a 12 month period.
Based in stunning offices in Bath this role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting people and ensuring smooth operations. This is a maternity cover position with the possibility of both full-time and part-time hours.
Starting in July 2025
£26,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties.
• Set up meetings and client workshops, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
• Handle correspondence, manage diaries, and perform general administrative tasks.
• Maintain electronic template files for new projects and manage internal business management systems.
• Track and raise invoices and handle other financial and HR-related responsibilities.
• Co-ordinate the maintenance of office facilities and manage the procurement of office supplies.
• Organise catering for meetings and handle stationery orders, photocopying, and scanning.
• Occasionally assist in organising events and preparing bids.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to draft and edit documents and emails to a high standard.
• Flexible problem-solving skills.
