Facade and Cladding Project Manager

A new and interesting opportunity is available for a Facade and Cladding Project Manager to join a leading contractor in the delivery of specialist external envelope packages on a range of commercial and public sector projects across the Northwest.

This key role will join a build main contractor where you will take ownership of a range of façade packages, including structural glazing, curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, brick slip systems, and SFS.

Your key responsibilities will include, subcontractor interaction and direction, reviewing design and technical matters associated with said packages, QA and general safety associated with working at height.

Therefore, those who fit the following criteria would be encouraged to apply;

* Have a proven track record operating either in a similar role with a main contractor or with a leading façade / cladding contractor.

* Good technical knowledge associated with cladding and façade systems, as well as the UK building regulations associated with them.

* A solution oriented communicator who focuses on collaboration, actively listening to stakeholders and articulating clear paths forward.

* Hold valid site certification including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

* IT literate.

* Full UK driving licence.
