Facade Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a market leading main contractor who are looking to appoint a Facade Manager for a flagship project in Leeds.

The project is a high rise multi-room scheme with nearly 4 years duration, however they have a strong pipeline of work in Leeds to follow on from completion of this scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing externals/facade packages for either a main contractor or a specialise facade contractor.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Management and oversight of facade

* RAMS

* Ensuring the programme of works is delivered on time

* Working alongside Site Management

* H&S

* Assisting with inductions

* Managing trades and sub-contractors.

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
