Facades Manager

Location: Liverpool L3

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until Apr/May 2027

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within façade installation

* A strong background in high-end residential construction.

* SMSTS certification (or equivalent).

* A valid CSCS card.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations.

* Subcontractor/labour management.

* Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time.

* Ensuring all paperwork is in order

* Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis.

* Programme management; long term and short term.

* Facades: 2 years (required)

* Site management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

* CSCS (required)

* SMSTS (required)

* Driving Licence and access to vehicle (preferred)
