Facilities Administrator / Receptionist - Temporary Cover

Location: Cheltenham

Pay: £14 pr hour
Dates: 5th - 9th October 9-5pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator / Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a prestigious client site in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and is confident managing a varied front-of-house role.

The Role

You will be based in the development office and act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm, welcoming and professional service while helping to ensure the development is maintained to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out regular hourly checks of the property
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, responding to queries and assisting with property-related issues
Arranging and coordinating local contractors where required
Providing helpful information about local services, events and places of interest
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Maintaining event and visitor suite diaries
Representing the company in a friendly, professional and approachable manner
Supporting Health & Safety requirements at the developmentAbout You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in reception, front of house, facilities or another customer-facing role
Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people
A clear and effective communicator
Comfortable working independently and using their initiative
Organised, proactive and practical
Customer-focused, with the ability to understand and respond to residents' needs
Confident using general IT systems
Knowledgeable about Health & Safety
Experience in office or contract management would be advantageous
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
