We are looking for a Facilities & Estates Operative to help maintain and improve the outdoor environments across our estates in Calderdale. This role focuses on ensuring communal outdoor spaces are clean, safe and well presented for residents.
You will carry out a variety of estate-based duties including , environmental cleaning, waste removal, and graffiti removal, to communal areas and pathways. The role involves working across multiple sites, using tools and equipment to maintain outdoor spaces and responding to day-to-day environmental issues on our estates.
