About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, you will:

• Assist with day-today facilities management tasks across all Autism Together sites.
• Maintain up to date and accurate records for Estate and Facilities operations.
• Reconciling of utility billing.
• Provide administrative support for health and safety compliance, audits and incident reporting.
• Help coordinate risk assessments.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Telephone, email and post support.
