Job Summary: The purpose of the position is to ensure our UK offices run smoothly and safely across all facilities, ‘post room’ and light IT set-up requirements. It’s a practical, hands-on Facilities Coordinator role, with some first-line IT support built in. 


Based in Wrest Park, Bedfordshire, this role will ensure operations run smoothly and safely across facilities. 



  • Hours - 24 per week, flexible across 3 days by agreement


  • Salary - £25,000–£28,000 (full time equivalent)



  • Location - Base Location will be Wrest Park with travel will between be required between our UK offices.



Requirements:



  • Prior facilities or workplace experience.

  • Confident with office moves and contractor coordination,

  • Basic end-user IT set-ups, 

  • Strong customer service, 


  • Good documentation habits



  • Full UK driving license
