We are currently looking for an

Facilities Coordinator
Duties will include
To coordinate and lead on buildings and premises related issues for all building users.
Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the building and premises, and where applicable liaising with external service providers and coordinating internal activities across all areas of the business.
Upkeep the legislative compliance of the premises

Manage onsite parking.

Maintain the upkeep of the vending contracts.

Carry out regular Legionella Risk Assessments

Oversee Waste management control.

Conduct regular security and vulnerability assessments and implement measures to reduce risk.

Participate in regular continuous reviews to improve efficiencies

Monitor the day to day building upkeep as well as anticipating long and short term improvements and maintenance schedules

Maintain site service contracts and where applicable look to reduce costs

To deliver a service level agreement that minimizes the downtime of any onsite facilities.
