A progressive Secondary School in Bristol is seeking a professional, highly articulate, and exceptionally organised Facilities Coordinator to join their centralized operations and support services team. This position is ideal for an experienced facilities coordinator, contract administrator, or space planner looking to manage essential front-line logistical systems within a fast-paced educational environment.
The successful candidate will take full operational accountability for coordinating contractor schedules, monitoring daily campus cleaning dashboards, and processing external lettings frameworks via the school’s digital booking system. Key responsibilities include generating health and safety tracking reports for the senior leadership team, coordinating logistics for third-party venue usage, managing sensitive vendor files in strict accordance with GDPR laws, and drafting formal parental or community correspondence regarding site access. You will also oversee site procurement orders, manage central compliance filing architecture, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates Director during peak diagnostic safety testing and facility audit windows.
You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all internal facilities metrics and statutory logs are completed with total accuracy. Crisp communication skills, deep data literacy, and a proactive, collaborative approach are necessary to balance conflicting deadlines while upholding the school's high professional standards.

Good IT literacy, with advanced competency across spreadsheets and cloud-based file management systems
