In this mobile role, you will be responsible for covering a local area, traveling to client sites to perform a full range of facilities and building maintenance tasks. The company will provide training and support you in gaining additional qualifications.

This role would suit an Engineer with building/facilities maintenance experience, looking for a long term, secure role with a great work life balance and the chance for future progression.

The Role:
- Carrying out building & facilities maintenance
- Ensuring all compliance & documentation is updated and maintained.
- Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) + Local Patch + Overtime

The Person:
- Building / Facilities maintenance background
- Commercial gas and/or air-conditioning experience is desirable
- Full UK Driving License
