TSA are currently working in conjunction with a global property consultancy looking to recruit an individual to work as an M&E Asset Surveyor within their Southeast based team. The clients themselves are responsible for providing internal resource on high reputation retail clients and large public sector contracts.
Due to a contract they have won to deliver surveys on a large static site south of London, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys. Their typical current workload is spread across healthcare, PFI and public sector works.
